1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a listing to Hmong Women Lead Connect ("Hmong Women Lead," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Submission Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not submit a listing.

2. Eligibility and Authority to Submit

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You are either the individual listed or an authorized representative of the business, organization, initiative, or project submitted; and
• You have full legal authority to submit the information provided and to grant the rights described in these Terms.

You further represent that your submission does not violate any contractual, legal, or fiduciary obligation.

3. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

All listings constitute user-generated content submitted by individuals or authorized representatives. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of all information and content you submit.

Listings are not independently verified for accuracy, ownership, or legitimacy. Publication of a listing does not constitute endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or affiliation by Hmong Women Lead Connect.

4. Content Standards and Prohibited Submissions

Listings must not include or reference:

• False, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, or materially incomplete information
• Sensitive, confidential, or private information, including precise residential addresses or personal contact details unless expressly requested
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, abusive, or otherwise harmful content
• Spam, bulk submissions, unrelated advertising, or solicitation outside the directory's intended purpose

Hmong Women Lead Connect retains sole discretion to determine whether content violates these standards.

5. Ownership, License, and Promotional Use

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license granted herein.

By submitting a listing, you grant Hmong Women Lead Connect a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify (for formatting or clarity only) your submitted content for purposes related to:

• Operating, maintaining, and improving the directory and Platform
• Displaying listings on the directory and interactive map
• Promoting Hmong Women Lead Connect, including through marketing materials, social media, newsletters, and related communications

6. Review, Moderation, and Platform Authority

All submissions are subject to review. Hmong Women Lead Connect reserves the sole and absolute right, at any time and for any reason, to:

• Review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing
• Request additional information or clarification prior to approval or continued publication
• Remove listings that are misleading, outdated, unauthorized, violate these Terms, or are otherwise inconsistent with the Platform's purpose

We are under no obligation to provide notice, explanation, or opportunity to cure prior to removal.

7. No Guarantees or Expectations

Inclusion in the directory does not guarantee:

• Visibility, ranking, placement, or prominence
• Opportunities, partnerships, funding, referrals, or outcomes of any kind
• Continued inclusion on the Platform

Listings may be modified or removed at any time without liability.

8. Informational Purpose and User Risk

Content on Hmong Women Lead Connect is provided solely for general informational and networking purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, mental health, business, or other professional advice.

Users access, rely upon, and engage with listings at their own discretion and risk. Users are encouraged to independently evaluate listings and consult qualified professionals for specialized services.

9. Privacy, Public Display, and Data Use

Information submitted through listings may include names, affiliations, descriptions, locations (city/state/country), websites, social media links, images, and consent acknowledgments.

Listings are publicly visible. Do not submit information you wish to keep private or confidential. Removal of a listing does not guarantee deletion of cached, archived, or third-party copies.

Listing information is retained while the listing remains active. You may request removal by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HMONG WOMEN LEAD CONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HMONG WOMEN LEAD CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
• USE OF OR RELIANCE ON LISTINGS
• INTERACTIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hmong Women Lead Connect, its owners, managers, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any misrepresentation of authority, ownership, or rights

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued submission or maintenance of a listing after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Reporting and Contact

If you believe a listing contains inaccurate, unauthorized, misleading, or prohibited content, please contact us for review.
