During the pandemic, I took a deep dive into my own healing journey. I discovered how to love myself, see my worth, and forgive and have compassion for my mom and dad and my younger self for doing their best. I also released all sorts of emotions and limiting thoughts holding me back. I came out of that with clarity of my life’s purpose and work to help others. I believe I’ve done this work in many lives. I use my intuition to work one-on-one with people ready to explore what’s holding them back in their lives- repeated patterns and unhappiness. I use a variety of tools during sessions such as sound, somatic movement, numerology, holistic health, energy healing, and the Akashic Records. Come sit with me online or in-person and let’s shed some light on what’s waiting for us and what is needing our attention and love to face. It doesn’t sound like much but this work uncovers a version of you that is happy, free, healthier, and lighter.

I am a Master Shaman of 17 years. My journey entails hardship, personal trials, and deep spiritual learning. The challenges became powerful teachers, guiding me toward a purpose rooted in healing, transformation, and helping others reconnect with their truth and inner strength. The Healing Life Center is my clinic and sacred space dedicated to helping individuals restore balance in mind, body, and spirit. Through this work, I support people from all backgrounds as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. My mission is deeply rooted in empowerment, especially for women. For generations, society has limited women’s voices and defined narrow roles for who we are meant to be. I am passionate about helping women reclaim their power, challenge those expectations, and stand confidently in their truth and identity. I founded Uplift the Human Spirit, which serves underserved and overlooked communities, particularly individuals who face language barriers and limited access to resources. Our work also focuses on developing youth leadership and instilling pride in their cultural identity. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that when people honor who they are and stand in their truth, they gain the power to transform their lives and uplift their communities.
